Sam's powers send Rei through the wall, making him hit his head so hard, it triggers a flashback
2003, Rei's first year of college
JOAN: You sure you won't come?
MER: No, Joan. I'm not a drunkard. Now, out.
Later, Joan & Rei are at her dorm with Mer
JOAN: Mer, I know Rei's sooo hot but... I gotta warn you, girl. He's a total danger zone!
REI: That's a lie! A big fat LIE!
JOAN: What about the Ruby incident?
REI: The lights were off!
JOAN: And the Betty incident?
REI: That... She said yes, OK?!
Later, Rei & Mer are hanging out, k?
MER: I know Joan was lying
REI: Really?
MER: Yeah, you're too stupid to even get near a girl.
Rei is woken up from his awesome flashback by walking noises
MER: So, as i was saying. Sam's got some cool power. And that's why you're never beating him and you should give her up
KATH: What?!
REI: How did you know!?
MER: Yeah, I've been with Sam since 11
KATH: So... he cheated on you with me?
MER: Don't be silly
KATH: I wasn't trying-
MER: Shut up. I know what you're trying to and it's not gonna work EVER. You're done, Rei. Forever & Ever
Rei is so ANGERED!
REI: You dick! You corrupted her
Rei tries to kick Sam but he dodges and sends Rei flying upwards and landing in floor
KATH: I think you need to need to think something up
REI: Krazy...
Again with the flashbacks!
Months after last flashback, Band practice with Reiko & Mark's reactions
MARK: You guys... are crazy?
REIKO: They're like... musicians?
After band practice
REI: See you later?
MER: No, see YOU later
Later,
JOAN: Are you dating Mer?
REI: What?! What even would even make you think that!
JOAN: Really?
REI: Well... i guess i do...
Rei snaps back to reality and gets up
REI: Y'know, i don't really like your attitude, mister!
SAM: Say that to the water, trash boat
REI: Huh?
SAM: Because you're gonna die by tonight
REI: Isn't it already night?
SAM: Oh, yeah... I guess you live another day, Pilgrim
REI: Pilgrim?
SAM: Uh... because, you're gonna go on pilgrimage when i beat your ass?
REI: What's a pil-?
Sam punches Rei, triggering yet another flashback
More months after the last flashback, Rei's in Mer's dorm
REI: Woah, what happened to all your crazy things?
MER: Sold it. Brought myself these Boots.
Rei snaps back to reality when her hears
HALL: This gonna take all month. And, it's already 3 AM
MER: Already thought of that. Go home, eat and meet us at 1 PM
REI: Where?
MER: Honest Bob's
REI: Why there?
MER: Oh, Rei. Don't you know? Third time's the charm
...
REI: Huh?
...
MER: You'll get it, Rei.
He won't. Anyways, Sam & Mer are gone now. And it's raining blood again
YINA: Whatevah. I'm off
HALL: Won't you come to the thing at Honest Bob's?
YINA: Go to hell, [DUMBIE]
She gone now
...
HALL: Classic Yina, right?
...
HALL: See you guys later, I guess.
He's gone too now
KATH: Rei, I'm getting wet...
REI: Uh... we can take cover over there. KID pizzA is still open
They go inside and find, at the front of the line
[RAY; NOT TO BE CONFUSED WITH REI; 25; GAY AF]
and he's out with...
[MARK JACKSON; REI'S ROOMIE; 25; SO GAY, HE DOESN'T LISTEN TO DIRE STRAITS]
MARK: Hey, guys! Where you been at?
REI: We went to a concert
RAY: We ere at the gay bar. Who was playing?
REI: Oh, just a local band... from Hellview
KATH: Rei's Ex's
MARK: WHAT?! You lying, right?? You really went to that bitch's concert after all she did?!
REI: Uh... I guess so...
MARK: If i see that bitch, I'm gonna- Wait, that's my gay little jacket on you, Rei?
REI: WHAT?! Get it off!
MARK: Don't worry, it doesn't make you look gay at all

KATH: AHEM Mer-
MARK: WHERE THE HELL IS SHE?!
REI: Ugh, I just found out my Ex's with Kathryn Ex and he's SUPER strong
MARK: Don't worry, Tomorrow we'll train
RAY: Tell him about the guy you met
MARK: Oh, dude! I just met this guy called Aqualung
REI: Really?
MARK: Really! And i need you Kath to keep him till tomorrow
REI: What?! No!-
KATH: Fine by me
And so Kath takes Rei out and through a convenient little door with the same symbol as the one in the blood storm
REI: Are you ever gonna explain why that door can teleport us around?
KATH: It's an LA thing
And so, they arrive at her home and sleep. The next day, Rei wakes and goes home while it's raining
